MERRY MAPLE FASHIONED

A fun twist on the most trending drink
in the world using ingredients from Cocktail Emporium to make this easy and fun.
Ingredients
2 oz. J.P. Wiser's 15 Year Old
1/4 oz. Whisky Barrel aged Maple syrup
2 pipettes Fig & Cinnamon bitters
Garnish
Cinnamon stick, cherries and dehydrated orange wheels
Glass
Rock Glass
Instructions
Combine the all ingredients in a large rock glass with ice and stir until glass turns cold to touch
CINNAGINGER SOUR

Mix up some holiday cheer with our classic whisky sour made so easy from the syrup and bitters combo.
Ingredients
2 oz. J.P. Wiser's 15 Year Old
5 dash of Fee Brothers Bitters
Garnish
Burnt Orange & cinnamon sticks
Gold Rim

Instructions
Combine the whisky, syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker for a “dry shake’ without ice. Shake with ice well and then double strain into a rocks glass
INDOOR S'MORE

This is decadent and rich, perfect for an after-dinner dessert replacement or an eggnog occasion replacement
Ingredients
1 oz. J.P. Wiser’s 10 Year Old
1 oz. Chocolate syrup, sink to bottom
5 oz. Egg nog
Garnish
Marshmellows or graham crackers
Glass
A glass of your choice
Instructions
Start by rimming a mason jar with crushed graham crackers, use a simple syrup as the liquid to bind, add chocolate syrup to the bottom and add ice over top. Next add J.P. Wiser’s 10YO Whisky, and top up with chocolate milk
GINGERBREAD OLD FASHIONED

Get ready for a festive twist on a classic cocktail with our Gingerbread Old Fashioned. This easy-to-follow recipe will have you whipping up this delightful drink in no time.

2 oz. J.P. Wiser’s 15 Year Old
½ oz. Falernumn syrup & 2 dash bitters
Garnish
Aunt Beth cookies

Instructions
Stir well, until the glass feels cold to the touch. A gingerbread cookie on the side is where it’s at for this one
Vodka Cocktails
This winter, the best way to liven up your holiday cocktails is with a splash of Polar Ice Vodka. We’ve pulled together a few ideas for a fun twist on the classics, like adding some cider to your next mule or some cranberry juice to your next spritzer.

NORTHERN EGGNOG
Ingredients
1 oz. Polar Ice Vodka Arctic Extreme
1 oz. McGuinness Creme de Cacao White
3 oz. Eggnog
Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Stick
What You Need
Cocktail Shaker
Rocks or Coupe Glass
Instructions
Shake all ingredients in a shaker until frothy.
Pour in to glass and garnish with nutmeg, cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick.

HOLIDAY MULE
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
1½ oz Polar Ice Vodka
1⅓ oz Cider
1⅓ oz Ginger Beer
⅓ oz Lemon Juice
1 Slice Apple and Cinnamon Cane
What You Need
Highball Glass or Copper Mug
Instructions
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with apple and cinnamon cane.

POLAR ICE MISTLETOE
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
1½ oz Polar Ice Vodka
3 oz Cranberry Juice
⅓ oz Lime Juice
Lemon-lime Soda
1 Sprig Mint Leaf
1 Sprig Red Currant
What You Need
Highball Glass
Instructions
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Add Polar Ice Vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice.
Top up with lemon-lime soda.
Garnish with mint leaf and red currant.

JACK FROST
Ingredients
1 oz. McGuinness Blue Curacao
1.5 oz. Lamb's Classic White Rum or for an extra coconut-y taste, use Malibu Rum
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
Shredded Coconut
What you need
Cocktail or Martini Glass
Instructions
Rim the glass with coconut cream and shredded coconut. Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth and pour into prepared glass.

PEPPERMINT STICK
A rich, creamy cocktail that tastes perfect during the holidays, and all winter long.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. McGuinness Creme de Cacao White
1.5 oz. McGuinness Peppermint Schnapps
1 oz. Light Cream
Cocoa (optional)
What you need
Cocktail or Martini Glass
Cocktail Shaker
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain
into a glass and serve. Top with a dash of cocoa, if desired.

GLACIER MINT
Ingredients
1.5 oz. McGuinness Creme de Menthe White
2.5 oz. Polar Ice Vodka
Dash of Lime Juice
Lime Wedge

Sugar-rimmed Glass
